Configuration files are beeing overwritten during yum update

Describe the bug :

When doing an update from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 using yum, and RedHat, all the configurations and configuration files are deleted/overwritten

Also all the plugins are not copied

Expected behaviour :

The update should not delete the old configurations and the config files
