Inconsistency on "Inheritance" flag for endpoints/groups between frontend and backend

Describe the bug :

There is inconsistency between how inheritance is handled between frontend and backend. The current behavior:

in front => no field === inherited=true

in back=> no field === inherited=false

Expected behaviour :

This property should be handled same on both backend and frontend.

Current behaviour :

The handling of the field for inheritance is not handled same on frontend and backend.
