Sign up doesn't work anymore

Describe the bug :

A user isn't able to sign up on the portal, when custom user fields are added. For example if we add custom user fields in environment > settings > user fields, for example city and country, and we want to sign up a new user on the portal the sign up button doesn't even appear to be clicked, and uppon clicking it the only error in the console of developer tools is this: Attachment - image.png

To Reproduce :

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to environment settings > user fields
2. Add custom user fields (doesn't matter how many 1 or 2 are enough)
3. Go to portal now and try to register a new user
4. Nothing happens upon clicking on the sign up button and you should be getting the same error from the screenshot above

Desktop :

• Environment: 3.20.25 and 4.1.5
• Browser: Chrome
