When connecting to a websocket API with a Connection header valued with Upgrade,Keep-Alive the Gateway returns a 504 response.

How to reproduce:

Create a V2 API with a WebSocket backed
Disable Jupiter mode
Connect using Postman and define a Connection header with Upgrade,Keep-Alive

This issue will be fixed in versions 4.1.8, 4.0.17, 3.20.28, 4.2.2
