GKO - API Group removed

Describe the bug :

When creating an API Definition with a group as primary owner the GKO creates, publish and start the API but then update it by removing the group from the API.

The group is still marked as the primary owner but no user member of that group can access the API since it was removed.

Useful information :

Appears to be a regression as was working fine with GKO 0.11.0 and APIM 3.20.26 But fails with GKO 0.11.0 or 0.12.0 and APIM 4.2.2
