Describe the bug :

An private API, published on the Portal, with at least one subscription, is displayed to every user which are not member of any group.

To Reproduce :

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Create an API, keep it private and publish it.
  2. Create an API Key plan and subscribe to it.
  3. Sign in into the portal with a new user, which have no link with the created API and the subscribing application, and which is not member of any group.

Expected behaviour :

The created API should not be displayed

Current behaviour :

The created API is displayed

This issue will be fixed in versions 4.1.9, 4.0.18, 4.2.3, 3.20.29
