Empty rectangle displaying when fresh install of AM

When a fresh install of AM is running locally (via docker-compose for example) it seems that when navigating to the UI, when a domain is not created, an empty rectangle displays. Normally this should show only after a domain has been created and when you have selected a domain.

Steps to reproduce

• Configure AM locally using the latest version = 4.3.x
• Build/ launch AM
• Navigate to AM UI
• Skip newsletter part
• Integrate authentication and authorization to secure access for your applications and APIs. screen will appear with the Create a Security Domain CTA

Actual - There is an empty rectangle displaying on the top right corner of the page

Expected - There should not be an empty rectangle displaying if a domain has not been created. If a domain(s) have been created, then this should show the domain name.
