I guess I'm not following here. Are you referring to the guidelines it talks about? the workflow?

Should be off to the right in the sidebar under "labels." You have to click the cog icon and select the label name.

Yes the workflow, I was just looking to confirm that this repo could be considered a "Public Small Project" (and practice on the GitHub Issues list :))
