I have added the missing definitions that allows board selection when compiling with the IDF and compilation via the Web Builder.
There is a potential conflict that should be addressed in the map file? When an auto squared axis is enabled the probe input should not be defined and a warning issued if an attempt is made to do so?

Good catch, yes it it is a work in progress as we've not covered every possible config just yet. Feel free to make suggestions or corrections if you notice things like that - ultimately you know best what it needs to cover in terms of warnings / incompatible setups etc
