In DOC-547, @Rachel-Reverie indicated that the topic How to connect to a Postgresql database should be deleted because it is an orphaned topic that has been consolidated with similar content in a tabbed topic. Further, there is an inconsistency with the YAML example for credentials in the Configure credentials topic and the consolidated topic. This PR removes unused topics and updates the YAML examples.
