На текущий момент WhatsApp полностью закрыл данные о мобильном устройстве.
Для работы API и Web WhatsApp не требуется мобильное устройство, работает связанное устройство до 14 дней.

Currently, WhatsApp has completely closed mobile device data.
The API and Web WhatsApp do not require a mobile device to work; the connected device works for up to 14 days.
