Не отправляется aудио m4a / M4a audio is not sent

Ошибка:
При отправке аудиофайла с расширением m4a, методом sendFileByUrl, фаил не доходит до получателя. Сообщение остается в статусе sent.

• Использовать расширение файла mp3
• Использовать метод отправки SendFileByUpload
• Использовать метод отправки UploadFile + sendFileByUrl. Как отправить файл?
