Introduction

Here you can find some tips to solve some possible issues. Any code related issues are listed in the Issues.

Updating the app

If you are updating to version v1.0-RC.1 or greater please clear the app data and cache to solve the issues! If it is a fresh installation you shouldn't have any issues.

In-app

When uploading samples, if just some samples are partially uploaded, go to system settings and force close the app and try once again uploading.
