The PXF extensions (external table and foreign data wrapper) are maintained in a separate [repository][0] and should be built from there. This commit removes the source for the PXF FDW from gpcontrib as well as removing all configure flags for enabling/disabling PXF. [0]: https://github.com/greenplum-db/pxf Authored-by: Bradford D.
