Add quick remote execution and description

I added a description tip and remote loading of scripts, though it requires a direct link to the repo I think is still a good example of Red possibilities.

R2 has a do-thru func that works with a local cache, in a similar way.

Exactly. I'll check R2 function later, not sure if we need any cache in this case.

I'll test here. The only change would be to store the file locally if it downloads. Not needed in this case though.

It won't work against the upstream repo unless @eugenkiss accepts my PR, which hasn't happened yet. We should probably point it at my fork for now. I'll accept this PR and we can tweak from there.
