EventLoghandler

This Handler will log events to the System Event Log. It's Level setting will control which events are logged. The default Level is set to Level.EventLog and the default Formatter is the EventLogFormatter which will appropriately manage getting a reasonable collection of the logged data into the Event Log with appropriate formatting etc.
