Cloning of instances

In order to recreate even destoroyed instances easily, genesis should provide ability to "clone" instance.

This means that user will have to provide only "name" and "environment" parameters, all other variable of create workflow would be taken from current instance.

Note: use cases in clouds is wider than those in predefined in env.
In predefined most likely only destroyed instances will be cloned ("clone" is probably bad name for this)
