selecting 'Clear all filters' from evidence item grid menu renders other menu choices unresponsive #295

If a user selects the 'Clear all filters' item from the evidence grid menu, subsequent efforts to toggle menu filters appear to do nothing.

This is a known issue with ui-grid, I'm just adding this issue as a reminder to update ui-grid when they fix it: angular-ui/ui-grid#4657

This was fixed in a subsequent version of ui-grid, closing.
