pppoeconf doesn't work with the ppp version as present in Debian/bullseye, I reported this as https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=990978 towards Debian. We either include a fixed version of it for our Grml release or should consider dropping the package (I'm not sure if anyone is still using those things in 2021?)

Jochen Sprickerhof thankfully did an NMU in Debian, so we pulled pppoeconf 1.21+nmu2 from Debian/unstable into our grml-live repository and ship this with our Grml 2021.07 stable release. Closing hereby.
