Users should be able to check the status of their certificate requests #24

Statuses:

  • pending: Request has been sent to the CA and the RA has been notified.
  • approved: Request has been approved by the RA but the certificate has not been signed by CA.
  • signed: Certificate has been signed by the CA
  • rejected: Request has been rejected by the RA

Closed with PR #77. Once full AuthZ/role model is in place, RA managers/operators should be able to see CSRs for their organisation(s) only, while CA admins should be able to see everything.
