New firmware for the CAN4VSCP Frankfurt RS-232 module is out. This also includes some heavy additions to the CAN4VSCP driver for both Linux and Windows.

  • Bug fixes.
  • Added command that reset all settings to default.
  • Timestamps added as an option.
  • Find command previously could hang if node was alone on bus. Now works.
  • Bus error conditions and reporting now works.
  • Binary protocol more solid.
  • rreg/wreg now show node id.
  • Info is displayed for invalid node.
  • Can now work on baudrates up to 1 Mbit on both windows and Linux and 500 Kbits in
    a secure way.
  • Hardware handshake supported.
  • ACK handshake supported for bad transmission lines.
