If I create a screen in designer with a datatable containing rendered columns and then make a copy of the screen, the table on the second screen references the render boxes from the first screen instead of from the second.

Also, to get around this, I had to rename the rendered property name. Changing the name does not change the name of the render box. You also have to uncheck and re-check render. But, then you end up with two render boxes: one with the old name and one with the new. The old cannot be deleted. Seems like this entire experience can be improved.

Made the canvas more resilient to scenarios like this so the designer doesn't go blank in 0829d9a.

Still need to address DataTable column render components when copying a screen.
