Add functionnalities to mantis in order to manage relationship between bugs easily.

Relationship management in "view bug" page has been modified :

• Search (name or description) bug to set relationship with.
• Create a new bug and create a new relationship.

Installation

Copy ./RelationshipEasyManagement/RelationshipEasyManagement to mantis plugin folder.
