Unable to add few annotations in Edge #1

I am trying to add annotations in Microsoft Edge 41.16299.15.0 browser. But able to add only Point, Polyline and Arrow annotations. I am getting following error in Edge console:

SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'prepend' drawTextAnnotation.js (123,12)
SCRIPT5007: Unable to set property 'comments' of undefined or null reference annotation.js (633,2)
