cli needs ability to bypass process.exit #36

The process.exit logic in https://github.com/cowboy/grunt/blob/master/lib/grunt.js#L115-121 needs to be bypassed occasionally in the cli interface.

My use case is a server task that is long running and cannot have process.exit called.
