Package github.com/xenolf/lego/acme was taken from 'rsc.io/letsencrypt/vendor' folder, which made 'rsc.io/letsencrypt' an unneeded dependency.
This commit fixes this, and allows tyk to be used without vendored deps in Git.

Turned out that 'rsc.io/letsencrypt' actually was used in the code, despite the bad dependency in vendor.json mentioned in #6 so this commit fixes dependencies again in favor of last release of 'rsc.io/letsencrypt' package.
