Extend the To-Do app to use Adwaita in a chapter later in the book but before explaining how to make a Linux app.

This example created by @Exalm can serve as inspiration.

Installation instruction:

meson setup builddir --prefix=C:/gnome -Dintrospection=disabled -Dvapi=false -Dexamples=false
meson install -C build-aux
