Intention of the project (About this...)

This was developed to avoid connection problems due to limitations of Internet in a place. We had 100 Mbit for 600 users...

Then we wanted to limit the daily traffic of the users because there was only one password for all users and they leave the computers on downloading files. So we though about security (one user/password per person) and save traffic over all in specific hours. Finally we just keep a regularly limitation in traffic but the idea was about to have happy hours because we wanted to keep out some traffic saturation in rush hours.

We also had to forbid some websites like Netflix and other streaming services...
