After generating profiles of my RNA-seq results for some defined regions (genes of interest) in scaled-regions mode, I wanted to see whether the difference I observed is significant. I have used deepstats and everything was fine apart from the fact that the x-axis was broken. When I set the regions upstream/downstream of TSS/TES, it was fine again.
