Add manifest to Grafana Scenes app #1022

Deploying the Grafana Scenes app requires two steps:

Deploy Service Catalogue, uploading the artifact to S3
Deploy Grafana, downloading the artifact from S3

It's easy to forget the latter! To aid debugging, add a manifest page to the Grafana Scenes app. The manifest would include metadata such as:

The git sha
Build time
Build number
Dependency versions

This will help understand what is running.

As of #1257 this is no longer necessary.
