Orbot crashes after starting Snowflake proxy

• Orbot version: 16.6.2-RC-2-tor.0.4.7.8 (arm64-v8 release from GitHub)

Steps To Reproduce

• Enable Run Snowflake Proxy option.
• Start Orbot.

@n8fr8 apologies for not being able to provide you with this information on time. I didn't have physical access to the device since reporting the issue and barely had any internet access at all, until now. I see that there is a progress on this issue so I think ADB output from me is not needed anymore.

In future I will remember to attach it to the bug report (when needed) to avoid such situations in future. Thank you for your understanding.
