perlbrew 0.59 is released on 2013-02-17T12:34:10+0100 with the following fixes

New feature: "perlbrew install --switch $perl"
New feature: "perlbrew install stable"
Fix "--quiet" options for "exec" command
Fix mulitple test failures and warnings
