The attached code is in reference to a short course taught at the 2015 International Conference on Health Policy Statistics by Michael Lopez and Roee Gutman.
The course outlines methods of estimating treatment effects with categorical treatments.
Each set of Rcode links to a Dropbox .csv which contains public data for anyone to use.
Separate codes are provided for nominal and ordinal treatments.
