It's convenient to be able to sync run artifacts with a remote (e.g. S3 bucket, etc.) as a function of the run command itself rather than having to run a separate pull command. See https://my.guild.ai/t/storing-the-guild-artifacts-on-s3-using-guild-run-r-s3-dev/449 for background.
