Word wrap needed in server list #140

After "Show SSH host address in server list" commit: 7ef81be and there is a lengthy domain, the line gets cut off. Maybe a word wrap would be best here?

Improve server item layout

- Allow SSH host address to wrap when space is limited
- Refactor hint icons to use a common style

Fixed in ae31db2

When space is limited, middle part of SSH host will be ellipsized.
