Add a systemd dependency

I do not know if this is entirely correct, but swayidle is missing the before-sleep feature for me.
If I add the systemd dependency and build the package locally it is working all right.

One thing that is necessary is to change the Release.

If I take a look at the build logs I can see, that systemd-devel is not installed. So the newly build swayidle package has also no support for the before-sleep directive.

In other packages I could see that they require pkgconfig(package) instead of packages directly.
I have no idea what the correct way of doing this is in spec files. Do you have any expertise in it?

yeah, I've changed now to include de systemd-devel as cmake that the logs was showing to be missing. It is already built, tell me if it fixed the problem of swayidle.

I have no expertise on that thing. It's the first time that I am creating and maintaining the build of C projects.
