This pull request makes a few changes to update test requirement versions (such as Django 1.11 and Python 3.6) and also trims off some versions that probably don't need to be tested against (such as Django 1.10).

There isn't a huge need to test on 3.4 because everything > 3.4
has typically been non-breaking.
I'm really only interested in supporting the latest stable version
in the 3.x series of Python. I can't wait to drop support for
Python 2.7!
