현재 thinking face:🤔:thinking face 형태로 되어있는 Emoticon DB를
fuzzy search를 이용하면 🤔: thinking face의 형태로 이용할 수 있다.

영문 이모티콘을 가져오는 곳이
https://unicode.org/Public/emoji/5.0/emoji-test.txt 에서
https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr/blob/master/common/annotations/en.xml 으로
바뀌었으므로 생성 스크립트로 이에 맞추어 새로 작성되어야 할 것 같습니다.
