1.Build.py : Builds the TCP Server and executable will be generated in same directory by name "NonNlockingTCPServer"
2.createDwamonService.py : Create Daemon for the server, user need to start or stop the service by his own.
3.TCP_Client.py : A simple TCP client for the application TCP server
