The MicroPicoDrive is a replacement of the QL internal microdrives.
The aim of this device is to create something cheap, easy to use and keeping that "feeling" that gives using the microdrive cartridges.
The device has been tested with the stock ROM and with Minerva, chaining of drives works (I have two installed on my machine) but I don't have an external unit so I can't guarantee that it works with those, I have replicated as best as I could how the devices work so it should be fully compatible.
Also, to ease the usage of the device I have created a set of tools to manipulate MDV images, it allows you to create new images, import ZIP and MDV files, patch drive names in the programs and so on.
