Consider storing the raw data in another repository or elsewhere

Cloning this repo takes a lot of time and it consumes far too much local space. For example:
$ ls -lh pyphon.zip
-rw-rw-r-- 1 ursula ursula 80M Jun 21 12:49 pyphon.zip

And the raw\ data/ directory contains up to 8M per file.
