Mosiac Tile Generator

##Steps:

1. Clone repository.
2. Do 'npm install' in the cloned folder.
3. Do 'npm start' to start server.
4. Go to 'localhost:8765' in the browser.

Tests:

1. Open 'tests/testrunner.html' file in Chrome browser to run tests.
