Thanks for this PR, I have read that page https://docs.github.com/en/actions/managing-workflow-runs/approving-workflow-runs-from-public-forks But I didn't find any "Workflow(s) awaiting approval":

Thanks @WuShichao, we may have to merge this to get the CI running for the first time. Hopefully it works, but if it doesn't, I can quickly put in a patch to fix it. |

Add CI.
This replaces #6 which was made from my fork and will hopefully trigger the CI
