My previous PR set a version 0.2.2 but since it hasn't been published on crates.io yet, I'm wondering if it would make sense to release 0.3.0 instead. meshoptimizer just released 0.21 so it would nicely align the versions: https://github.com/zeux/meshoptimizer/releases/tag/v0.21
We'd need to pull v0.21 tag for vendor folder for this in addition to updating the version numbers; I don't think there are any Rust code changes that need to happen. (edit: this is done now)
If this is too much work I'd appreciate someone with access pushing 0.2.2 to crates.io at least as I'd like to contribute a PR to Bevy that relies on recently added functionality :)
