Improve message when user specify wrong cluster and client obtain unspecified API output #6864

Following code gives attribute error instead of bad connection.

{noformat}connect_params = {'https': False,
'verify_ssl_certificates': False,
'context_path': "projects/p1/h2oEngines/e2",
'ip': "http://cloud-dev.h2o.ai",
'port': 80}

h2o.connect(
config=connect_params
){noformat}

Problem is that response is with code 200 but we didn’t check the response before we access it. We could check it before and give better message to user than pythons missing attribute error.
