Allow to disable "full h2o scoring" in XGBoost and only use eval_metric

The goal of this Jira is to speed-up model training by disabling H2O scoring and rely only on evaluation_metric calculated by XGBoost. H2O scoring has overhead because the booster needs to be extracted from XGBoost, parsed and the dataset independently scored.

We will add option {{score_eval_metric_only}} that will disable the H2O scoring only and generate scoring history with eval_metric. It is important to still be able to use early stopping on the eval metric.
