Overload h2o.no_progress function in R so it can accept an expression #6991

A request from Tidymodels team so they can more easily supress output.

Now the {{h2o.no_progress}} can temporarily suppress the progress bar by supplying the expression as the parameter to the {{h2o.no_progress}}. For example:

{noformat}model <- h2o.no_progress({
df <- h2o.importFile(...)
h2o.gbm(y = "response", training_frame = df)
}){noformat}
