We will add a command-line option {{--testConcurrent N}} to PredictCsv. This option will specify how many concurrently running threads should be making predictions.

This is designed for testing MOJO runtime for correctness in multi-thread environments. While it is mostly an internal tool, it could also be used by users shall they have any concerns about the thread safety of MOJOs.
