ICE plots: save final graphing data to a frame

add option to save final graphing data to a frame:

the output frame should contain:

key variable

name of variable being simulated

score value

grouping variable value (if requested, see item 13 above)

simulated X value

indicator for the X value being the actual X value (not simulated) for the original observation

if graphing data is requested, the user would also need to specify the name of the key variable to include; this key variable should be present in the input frame
