Enhancement Request - H2O GAM Monotonic Spline

We would like to request adding monotonic functionality to the H2O GAM module. This functionality is commonly used by our data scientists in modeling.
This functionality is enabled in SAS TRANSREG procedure MONOTONE option.
Additional details I found from SAS on monotonic transformation: SAS Help Center: OPSCORE, MONOTONE, UNTIE, and LINEAR Transformations
